By registering with MyTripBoat.com, both the tour host and the traveller expressly agree that MyTripBoat.com is not a party to the contractual relationship between them and disclaims any responsibility for the consequences of trip cancellation or other events during the trip.

MyTripBoat.com will not interfere in any way with regard to tax in effecting the personal contract between the tour host and the traveller. and shall not be required to handle disputes arising out of such arrangements.

MyTripBoat.com acts solely as a platform connecting tour hosts and travellers to provide a venue for them to engage in travel-related transactions.

For All Users

1. Mytripboat.com exercises the utmost care in selecting reputed travel agents. However, it has no control over, or liability for, the services provided by them. In no event do Mytripboat.com accepts any liability in contract, tort or otherwise, for any injury, damage, loss, delay, additional expense or inconvenience caused directly or indirectly by the acts, omissions or default, whether negligent or otherwise, of the travel agents, force majeure reasons or any other event which is beyond its’ control or which is not preventable by reasonable diligence on its’ part.
2. Mytripboat.com also does not accept any liability in contract, tort or otherwise, for consequential loss (including but not limited to indirect loss, loss of revenue, loss of profits, loss of actual or anticipated savings) however caused in connection with your booking.
3. The travel agents shall be responsible to before sharing a picture or video you should always remember that the given topic should be sure whether it hurts any social, emotional or religious sentiments.Mytripboat.com is not responsible for the content presented, subject to legal action in this regard.

For tour host

1. To advertise its travel services on the portal of the Promoter i.e., Mytripboat.com.
2. To provide high-quality travel services to the Customers.
3. To provide the Customers with materials, brochures and all necessary information concerning travel services.
4. The territory of the Agent shall not be limited.
5. Mytripboat.com reserves the right to modify these commissions from time to time.
6. Not to use the Mytripboat.com’s portal to advertise other tourist companies/agencies without the consent of the Promoter.
7. Travel Agency agrees to indemnify, defend and hold Mytripboat.com [and its affiliates] harmless and its respective officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents against any loss, claim, damage, settlement, cost, expense, tax or other liability (including, without limitation, reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from or related to (a) any breach of the Terms, (b) any unlawful or improper use by the travel agent.
